Teacher Funding Requests
Step 1: Gather details
Review available PTO budget (email us at [email protected] for details) and gather date, ticket rate, bus cost estimate*, timing, principal approval, etc for your field trip or event. Please request funds as far ahead as possible, as we have limited funds per grade per year.
*Bus rates are approximately $47/hour and $0.90/mile. Factor in how many hours you are at the location, how long the bus is waiting, and how many buses you will need.
Step 2: Submit request
Complete the PTO Funds Request form here, including all financial details and information. Once we receive your request, the Executive Board will discuss the request and make a funding decision.
Step 3: Mention PTO
If approved, include “Generously supported by the Brewster PTO” and “The Brewster PTO will be covering $XX cost per student/bus.” on the permission form.
Step 4: Share content with us
Please share photos and highlights of the trip or special event with the PTO!
